Sea Turtle Aquarium Tour | swimming with Turtle

Natural aquarium lagoon which server as a sanctuary for the endangered Green and Hawksbill Sea Turtles at the northern tip of the island (Nungwi), It is a community conservation project that focuses on educating locals and fishermen about the advantages of protecting these ocean creatures, Created around a natural tidal pool the aquarium not only cares for the injured Hawksbill and Green turtles but also ensures the safety and well-being of hatchlings.

Walk throughout the board and get know depth information about turtles, the sanctuary as well conserve endemic animals at nungwi zoo just in the boundary of the aquarium such as monkey, snakes, crocodile, monitor lizard etc. The guest will get opportunities to swim with turtles and fed them at very close quarter.
